Jacobs Beach

This is definitely my favorite Beach in all of Connecticut, and learned of it when I worked down there on the coast and found this little beach to have the most premiere location. Super clean and friendly, I couldn't have asked for a better location to see family I haven't seen in many years and just talk.

Nice place for spending day close to ocean, some drawbacks are sharp stones and shells first 10 feet in water, hope they will clean up some days, additionally this time water was a little bit muddy due to clay surface, but still was nice

The new playground is great, with lots of space and options for kids of all ages. Clean restrooms as well. The beach is nice but small and can get crowded.

What a beautiful, age and ability inclusive playground!! My 8month old daughter loves the swings and we already can’t wait to return when she’s able to explore more of the playground. Super clean too! Restrooms are also available and there’s plenty of space for a nice picnic and even beach time.
