I’ve been a member at In-Shape in Suisun for a little over three years, and when I first walked through those doors I was over 370 pounds. I was nervous, uncomfortable, and honestly didn’t even know if I belonged in a gym yet. But from day one, the staff here made me feel like I did belong and that changed everything.
I LOVE this place! So many choices of equipment and locations of that equipment! The Staff has been so great with me. And not the least bit pushy on anything. Especially sales! They staff is constantly maintaining the equipment and cleaning it.
I love when it opens up in the morning! nice and early! All the employees I have met have been extremely helpful and made my membership easier in all ways! First in helping me set up my application and showing me all the ropes they were very patient kind and very helpful.
I joined the gym through Kaiser hospital, and I am happy to say it’s worth it. I tell my friends that the gym I use has a wide array of exercise equipment, classes and friendly competitions. Their staff is readily available to help you when needed.
