Don’t let the parking lot deter you. It’s quite nice inside. Really clean, friendly staff, good prices, lots for the little ones in a large space. They only charge for the kids which is nice. A great way to get out of the house and escape from the heat.
I love the place and there are many things for my kids to do. The Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend bring your kids. They always have fun activities for the kids during Holidays.
We had a fantastic experience at HippoHopp celebrating our daughter’s 3rd birthday. The booking process online was very easy and straightforward, and they gave us a waiver link to send to our guests in the invitation so that everything was ready to go the day of the event.
Deal was accepted instantly without any issues. The staff was unavailable at the front desk when we arrived but when they saw me, they came to help immediately. The entire place, along with the bathrooms were very clean. All today's were in good shape. The couches the parents sit on were woren out in some areas.
