Celebrated my child's birthday here and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helped ensure everything went smoothly. There was a long table provided to set food and cake on.
This was our first time visiting and we were greeted and made to feel welcomed by friendly employees. They let us know everything we needed to know and make it a great experience. Facility was clean and organized as well. When we left employee took the time to ask my kiddo about his experience and his favorite part.
My kids love visiting Hero Day with their friends! There is plenty to do to help them burn some extra energy while having fun. The facility is clean and well maintained. We've always had pleasant interactions with the staff.
We recently had our end of season hockey party there. The man at the counter was super friendly and the kids had a blast! We could bring all the food in and drinks we wanted with places to sit. There was the bar out in the mall and places to enjoy and relax.
