We recently visited Happy Feet Planet Clayton on a Sunday to attend my friend’s daughter’s birthday party, and we had such a great time! The facility is super clean — seriously, the bathrooms were incredibly shiny and spotless!
The best experience for a birthday party. We had the pleasure of meeting our hostess Arielle for my grandchild 5th birthday party. She made sure to explain the facility policy and procedures. I appreciate that she was professional, friendly, supportive, and overall a great representation of Happy Feet.
I would give 10 stars if I could! Everything was so smooth! The staff answered all my initial questions when booking the reservation. The party team called the Monday before the party to discuss our personalized plan for the event and gave us instructions on everything we needed to know to get in and set up!
