What parents say
If you haven't gone to Gilroy Gardens, and you have little ones, take them. The admission is alot more affordable then other amusement parks, with shorter line (plus if you have kids w/ no patience). This location is family friendly.
Buy Tickets in Advance! Went for the Boo Bash. It was fun and they did a good job decorating and the theme of Halloween. Fires are for 6 and under. Lots of the same ride style but repurposed. Great price if you live in the area and do the annual pass. Food choices are a little sparse. It they do include Chick Fil A.
What a beautiful place to bring your family! I came in the beginning of June. Weather was amazing in the low 70s. There was maybe 1 hr during the day when it got warm. But there is shade everywhere. I love this place way more than Legoland. There are rides for all ages. There are a variety of different kinds of food.
Nice place for young kids probably up to age 7 or 8. Ride lines can be long and it's a trek from San Francisco. It is worth it once in a while as we also have a great america season pass. Older kids will probably find the rides are too simple for them. Holiday decorations are nice and well done.
