We had a great experience. We hosted my daughter's 3rd birthday here, was strawberry themed and the team and owner did a great job taking care of us! I saw them going around and keeping the toys organized and spraying things down with Lysol, which is important to me.
Amazing experience ! This was our first experience with giggles and fun and it was a great one. All of our guest were so pleased with how clean and hands on the staff was. Giggles and fun staff were very professional and kind , they truly went above and beyond for my sons birthday and helped with any needs and wants.
I had my daughter’s birthday party at the Houston location and Miss Marie and the owner herself were extremely pleasant to work with. Both were extremely responsive and the owner even spoke with me over the phone to answer my questions on party decor.
