Yaxaira was amazing!!!!! I couldn't find the email and she patiently went through and looked for our tickets. Renting a locker, they hold the key, I thought it would be hard to get in and out of the locker but Yaxaira was there anticipating my need for the key. What awesome customer service.
I went for my nephew's birthday party. It's really fun for all ages. We all had a blast. There's trampolines, foam pits and ninja warrior and they also have trampolines for the little kids. The hostess was really nice and had everything set up and very helpful. You have to sign a waiver even if you're not jumping.
I was happy that it wasn't overly hot. I was worried about that from previous reviews. We went for my son's birthday. I didn't jump for healthy reasons, but everyone that did really enjoyed themselves. It is a great place to take kids, especially energetic ones like mine.
Our family had a great time. Our daughter is almost 2, and there were very few people here in the morning allowing her to play freely without the worry of a bunch of kids not paying attention. They also have toddler time on Tues and Thurs from 10 to 11. We recommend
