Overall a great experience! I was a little nervous due to the bad reviews but went anyways. They were having work done and the roof was fixed. Bathroom was clean and the employee was cleaning the whole time I was there. They were remodeling or fixing the smaller play area but happy to see that work was being done.
Jay (manager) and I forgot another girl (Mariana/Montana????) were amazing. I was in the area hours earlier and they allowed me to drop off my cakes early. They were super friendly and prior to booking, Jay answered all my questions and gave me information on how to get the best out of the party time and $$$ wise.
Loved this place ! i don't understand why the bad reviews , we love Jhalyn & staff ! we went with a local moms group and they were super accommodating & helpful , as silly as this sound but it made me and my son so happy. Visiting made our entire day . our kids had such a fun time ! keep up the good work !
Hosted my daughters 6th birthday here . Don't regret it at all! The place is nice and clean, very spacious and lots of different areas for the kids to play . Gio was our host and did an excellent job . He was very helpful and informative.
