I have not been to North Riverside Mall in years , and on a visit to Illinois, I went here with my niece and she enjoyed herself. It was a bit boring for her I think because we went before lots of children got there so there were only about 4 of them.
My experience was 10/10 I hosted a birthday party today. Upon arrival I was asked if I needed anything or to put my stuff in a fridge. The area was very clean and ready for the guest. All supplies were available (spoons,forks, napkins and plates) even hand sanitizer is a plus for me!
A great way to spend the afternoon with your toddler on a cold or rainy day! I went right when it opened on a weekday and my daughter and I were the only ones there for the first 1.5 hours. I got to go in the inflatibles with her to help her out and she loved having me there to bounce around with her.
I celebrated my baby birthday and the staff was amazing. The bathrooms were clean and the facility too. Plenty of space for family and friends and the kids had a blast. Was our first time in this location and I’ll definitely coming back. Thanks ladies, so far the best customer service ever in a birthday party.
