What parents say
The place itself is great, but the front desk experience could use some improvement. I’ve interacted with two different staff members so far, and both times they appeared to be on their phones, seemingly not work-related. It felt like speaking with them was an interruption rather than part of their role.
Honestly a really fun thing to do with the kids to burn energy, my little ones loved running around, they have comfy couches throughout the area and can have a birthday party there!
Clean, good atmosphere, friendly service, plenty of things for kiddos to play on, and omg they have couches for parents to sit on!
