All of these 1 star reviews are about issues that is not in Funcity’s control. Since they had the fight Saturday the managers quickly got security and every weekend have police to make sure people are safe. I have noticed a safer experience from the place since then.
This place is HUGE and has so much to offer! I brought my kids and we all had an amazing time. There’s something for everyone zip lining, basketball, dodgeball, rock climbing, and even a kiddie section for the little ones.
Best indoor park I've been to and I've brought my kids to every trampoline park, indoor fun facility and anywhere we they enjoy running and enjoying playing, jumping and laughing with our neighbors and locals alike. It's our first time here but needless to say we will be back.
Our experiences have been very positive! Attractions are all attended by employees. $26 all day! Earlier in the day, kids are younger. It gets busier after 4pm. Before that though it has only been a few families with little kids even on Saturday. There are many activities I haven’t seen at other play places. Clean too.
