Had my son's birthday within their opening week largrst package available and during a weekday at 7pm. Its chaotic understandably. The kids all had a wonderful time and the party host was great. Here are a few things that changed from 5 star.
Jen was fantastic and made our daughter’s birthday party a great experience. She was organized, attentive, and very kind to our guests. My only suggestion would be to improve the guest check-in process.
This place is so much fun. It was busy because of their grand opening promotion but was a ton of fun either way! The inflatable has all sorts of awesome obstacles and when you want a quick break there's plenty of tables and chairs and the arcade games are free.
We had a great experience celebrating my son’s 6th birthday. everything was super clean and it was great value with the party. Everything was provided and we were able to just bring food and drinks and actually enjoy ourselves at the party. The kids loved being able to go run around while the parents relaxed.
