As a train fanatic, Fostoria is my top favorite town for watching trains. It’s the only town of its size that I know, where multiple tracks still meet and converge at grade. What could be better?
Awesome place to watch trains in a safe and comfortable environment. There’s a nice viewing platform, public and clean restrooms, speakers tuned into the sun frequency. The city of Fostoria really knocked it out of the park for the rail fan community.
If you love to watch trains, this IS the place for you! Rails on 3 sides of the park while you have multiple viewing areas to choose from. You can sit in a vehicle, set up a fold out chair, or stand outside. This is a good venue no matter your physical abilities.
If you like trains you'll love this place. There is definitely a lot of good action. There are a lot of good vantage points to take pictures from. The park is always very well maintained. You won't be disappointed.
