Love Love Love everything about this place!! Staff are friendly, patrons encourage each other, well lit to walk when the sun is down. Police patrol so you have a sense of safety!! I visit daily when in town!!
great place to walk and work out. They have a few machines. Mostly an area to walk at, upstairs or downstairs. ol fashioned workout. treadmills, elliptical bike and a few free weights. call for price info
Great staff, friendly atmosphere, everyone is welcoming, very pleasant place to work out. Quiet, everyone at their own pace. CLEAN!!!!
