I’ve been going to the Foley Kids Park since 2002, first taking my little sister and now my own kids. It was redone within the last year sometime and the old wooden playground was taken out for a new modern metal one. The ground throughout is the soft rubbery surface. The playground itself is very big.
For a over a million dollar park, I think this could have been designed a little better. The only input asked for was the "theme" of the park. The brown "log" or balance beam is the same color as the ground and made of a very very hard material with no give whatsoever.
Kids LOVE it! Wonderful shaded park, clean, and has a nice walking path and even a skate park. Definitely recommend!
One of our new favorite parks! We came here as a family about a week ago for a birthday party for our first visit. My kiddo loved it! Beautiful playground, fully inclusive, something for all ages and abilities, and it's huge! I had no idea that Foley had an inclusive playground!!
