My four- and six-year-olds loved it. We got there late in the day and only had about an hour and 15 minutes and my kids barely scratched the surface of the things to do here. Lots of ways to play and explore that will get their minds and bodies moving. The staff were super friendly.
Living in the 5~cities area, I was unaware the Exploration Discovery center was here! We took our grandson (age 9) and we had a blast! There was so much to do! There is an electric train room, multiple labs and craft areas depending on what the subject is; an Australian room which displayed Australian culture.
Today was our first time visiting and my ten-year-old son loved it. There are many different indoor and outdoor play areas for toddlers up through elementary age kiddos. My son has hearing sensitivities and I worried about it being too loud for him, but he was fine.
My 2 year old had such a great time playing here!! The Discovery Center is very toy based, and there were lots of activities to engage my toddler. Other Children’s Museums have felt more geared to older kids, with not much to keep little ones busy, but this one is perfect for us!
