What parents highlight
“Beautiful walk with our dog and Grandson, trails well maintained and enjoyed checking out the different flowers in bloom.”
What parents say
All the trails loop back around, there are multiple benches to hang out at, there are 2 benches overlooking the river, a gazebo, a rock garden, a little mini waterfall, and they seem to have things being worked on all the time by volunteers.
Had our church picnic here. Beautiful place. When people have parties with kids and they leave small trash from balloons, and Wrappers, please make it a requirement to pick up the small litter. There was a mess of it around the ground. When my kids were little we always turned clean up into a game.
What a gem. They’ve got a lovely garden going here, something for every season. I was pleased to see a Lewisia garden as I’d just come from an unsuccessful Lewisia hunt.
This place has a great arboretum with lots of native trees and plants labeled with signs
