From out of town. Was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was compared to ones at home. Loved the open floor concept as it was easy to watch kids. The staff were so friendly as well! My son loved it.
Love how open the space is. Even with a lot of kids in the place it never feels overwhelmingly packed. My son had a lot of fun. The staff is very nice and attentive. We will be coming back a lot. Update: Had a great time coming twice now.
Our family frequently visits this establishment for a few years and both of my sons hold annual passes. My 12-year-old and 10-year-old consistently enjoy hours of engaging activity and beneficial exercise here. The Defy facility in Scranton, PA, is staffed by an exceptional team.
Shoutout to MIKE working the admission counter on the evening we came in with a group of four adults, a toddler, and an infant. He made the entire process of signing up for memberships SO simple and easy, and we were set up and ready to jump in minutes. Great attitude and positive energy!
