I give Serenity, our party host, 10 ⭐️!!! I give Tyrique, Asst. Mgr, 10 ⭐️!!! And I give Rockin' Jump on Colerain 10 ⭐️!!! We celebrated my daughter's 6th bday on a Sunday, with an Epic Party package, and everything (I mean EVERYTHING) was amazing!
I am updating my review, I give Defy 5 stars. Dale is awesome manages this location perfect! All the employees have been very helpful & consistent. Everything is sanitary & organized. Food & drinks are fresh. Prices can be a bit high but with a membership you receive a discount. Great team work employees @ Defy..
Wow. As a mom and auntie with her hands full. This place definitely gives me a peace of mind. Affordable parties. Great membership perks. I know I can guarantee wear my littles out, Eat good and feel safe with the attentive staff and environment. Hands down one of my favorite convenient spots for my family!
