In the heart of Laurel's embrace, Daphne Park does lie, A verdant realm where children's laughter meets the sky. The swings, they sway like pendulums, marking time in flight, While grass, a carpet lush and green, bathes in golden light.
So beautiful but omg people leave trash everywhere, even surrounding a trash can, it makes no sense and it's so sad that the people around here don't help keep this park clean. Lots of swings. A flat ground with cover that could be used for roller skating. Lots of benches and tables around some need remade.
This park could use some new playground equipment for the kids, especially the toddler area. Overall, well kept and safe. The train was a unique feature!
We used the Cameron center for a party. It was very clean and the attendant was very nice and helpful. Area around and the park was very clean also.
