Crunch Fitness - Alabaster

I absolutely love being a member at Crunch Fitness! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with positive energy and a welcoming atmosphere that makes working out feel enjoyable instead of intimidating. The staff and management are always friendly, helpful, and keep the gym clean and welcoming.

I recently visited Crunch Fitness Alabaster as a guest for a day pass and was honestly blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made the check-in process completely seamless.

The staff at Crunch are friendly and available for anything you need, but there’s also plenty of space to do your own thing without feeling watched or rushed. There’s plenty of equipment for anyone at the gym at any given time. It feels private if desired, but not empty. The gym itself is upbeat, well-lit, and clean.

Crunch fitness in Alabaster is such a great gym. They have something for everyone here with plenty of classes to join. They have a good mix of open weights, machines, and cardio options. My favorite parts are the red light therapy and hydromassage. Very relaxing and good way to help with soreness.
