“I was in town with my 1 and 3 year olds and while my husband played golf at the nearby Bandon Dunes golf courses, I needed something to do with my kids.”
“I love this place for us, especially during the winter, and staff is very nice and competent.”
What parents say
The place is so cute. We came down from the Florence area. All the kids had a blast. From 1.5 to 8 years old. The lady was very nice. Everything was clean. Only thing I would say is the floor is still newish and is bubbled up towards the back. My kids kept wanting to jump on it but we just redirected them.
This is such a great concept! My 6-year-old son loves this place. It would be fun for the kids on a day-to-day basis, but they also have special events, like a Spiderman event on Saturday, 1/25/2025. Spiderman will be there for the kids, there's limited space, and the price is $15 for members and $30 for non-members.
This place is a hidden gem! I was in town with my 1 and 3 year olds and while my husband played golf at the nearby Bandon Dunes golf courses, I needed something to do with my kids.
Absolutely love it here. My child is 6 and he was able to play with all of the things here. It is a lot of pretend play, with a market, farm, cafe, house and vets office. There's also a tiny ball pit for the littles, my son still got into it. Magnetic tiles, blocks, dinosaur toys. Will definitely return again.
Bringing a toddler?
Reviews and the venue's own info mention a dedicated toddler area or toddler times at Coos Playtopia — a separate space where little ones can play without dodging big kids.
Sensory-friendly play
Coos Playtopia is mentioned for sensory-friendly sessions — typically quieter play times with lights and music turned down. Schedules for these change, so call ahead to confirm the next session before you go.
