I visited the Clubhouse today with my daughters. My priority was the batting cages and Emmeline was very helpful. She was able to find and renew my waiver quickly and help me get the right size bat. So friendly! In the arcade with my daughters, Joseph was helpful, patient, and pleasant.
Wow Factory is now open on weekends. If you can't get the ball cages to dump, tell an associate and they will dump them for the kids :) No Ariel course anymore it's gone. Arcade is high end games and nothing. Was broken when we were there. Prizes and points fair and good variety.
I'd say this place is optional for kids aged like 6-12. Arcade games are decent but way overpriced. 20 tokens for a round of skiball seems pretty ridiculous. Mini golf was pretty fun. Laser tag was booked out so we didn't get to do that. Batting cages... Need maintenance.
