Clean, spacious, and full of color—CloudBound New Rochelle is a total win for families 🤍☁️ My boys (6 & 4) had an absolute blast exploring, climbing, and playing freely while I actually got to relax 👀☕️ The cookie butter latte? SO good. The staff? Beyond welcoming and incredibly sweet with the kids.
The perfect spot for kids and parents. As you walk in, staff are very helpful especially the manager gives information briefly. They are organized for something that just opened very recently. The space is huge and you can definitely eye ball your kid while you sit in a cozy spot.
We had such a great time at Cloudbound! There was truly something for every kid, and our group of six had a blast. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, which made the experience even better.
I celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and it was perfect! The party host Dalila was a SPECTACULAR. This place thinks of and takes care of everything! From the call I received a couple days before telling me what to expect and answering any questions. To the set up, clean up and organization from Dalila.
