10/10 I highly recommend!!! We celebrated my daughter 1st birthday here. Although, we didn't do the party package they allowed my family, and I to bring a small cake, light candles, and still sing happy birthday at a regular table! I appreciated that, because it was just six of us.
We had a semi private event on 4/14 for approximately 70 people, adults and childen. From the start of the process with securing the date until the date of our event, Ms Rochelle and her staff were EXCELLENT! The customer service top tier! We worked very closely with JB and he was great!
We visited family in Missouri, with four boys we needed something to do. City jump family entertainment complex was the first thing that popped up for us. So we went an let me tell you I glad we did. Staff was friendly and you can beat the management.
The staff is exceptionally nice! I'm a balloon stylist and I showed up an hour before a party was scheduled to start as a vendor and they were accommodating me like I paid for the room :-) Hot wings and fries are solid as well
