This place is great, they got a cardio room upstairs, a kids aquatic park downstairs, a lap pool (Check the online schedule to make sure it's not in use), and a heated pool. The locker rooms are fairly nice and modern, it's an open bay shower with some stalls.
We were visiting the area and didn't want to play outside on a cold rainy morning. This was a fantastic alternative! It was $6/person, which was WELL worth it! We only stayed in the pool area. The slide, basketball hoop, bucket dumps, splash pad, lap lane, and therapy hot tub were all used and enjoyed.
Great place to bring the family. Stopped in Christiansburg as a halfway point to DC. This was a great place for the kids to burn off energy for the day. Facility is really clean and constantly maintained. And prices were great!
Competition pools are never opened because there's always a meet or an event. Made reservations to swim today and only three lanes were opened and by the time I got there, there was no space left and the rest of the lanes were used by the VT swim team.
