I’ve hosted two kids birthday parties at the Charles Houston Rec center, and I have to say, the facilities are excellent! Today we did the Soft Play party package for my 2 year olds birthday. It was perfect! We had 1-hour in the soft play room and 2 hours in the adjacent Activity room.
We love the rec center! It is a daily part of our lives in North old town. The staff are always willing to go above and beyond and are very friendly and helpful. It’s always such a nice treat to see friendly faces and know we live in a true community.
Charles Houston is a wonderful, fairly new facility with an excellent location just north of Old Town in Alexandria. I meet with a community service group there each week and the staff have been so nice, helpful, and accommodating.
