We celebrated my son’s 6th birthday at the Carmel Sports Club this past Sunday. From my initial call with Laura all the way through the end of the party, the entire staff was amazing. Laura was so helpful and communicative.
We just had my five year-old son’s birthday party at Carmel sports club and I had to leave a review! We did the inflatable package and the kids had a blast. The staff were fantastic (Justin, Kai and Kayla) helping to set up, serve, breakdown and entertain the kiddos.
Staff are friendly, but everytime and I mean everytime we have been their for an event or birthday party there is always 1 or 2 staff members that are on their phone and preoccupied. It really is just annoying and unsettling due to the fact people are paying for their service.
The facility is beautiful and well maintained and clean. The staff was so friendly and great with the kids. We loved having our son’s 6th birthday at Carmel Sports Club. We’d love to have another party there! The pizza they order is great and the balloon centerpieces were perfect.
