Awesome experience! Allen’s birthday was a blast! Very structured and organized. They have parties down to a science. Staff was always friendly throughout the entire experience. I loved that the parents could jump too. I’m a big kid at heart and I had the best time! Also the samosas are spot on!
We had our son’s 6th birthday party there and it was great! It was nice to have just our party in each room, so we weren’t worried about keeping track of our kids amongst a million strangers. It was great to show up and not stress about setting up and cleaning up.
They were very flexible with timing! Bounce u has pretty strict rules about outside food but nothing to do with the service, the place, and the staff. Everyone was great. You do have to call a couple times in case they are not near the phone during open hours to make changes and ask questions.
The children had so much fun. The Adults were chilled too because staff took care of everything. From booking the venue to the day of the party the staff were amazing. They called to clarify everything and set up the room and organized the the children from room to room. We were very pleased with everything.
