BounceU is an awesome bouncy house place for kids in Charlotte area. Our girls had a blast here during open play! The place is super clean and the staff is very attentive to children and their safety. They also offer private birthday parties for kids which is something we might try at some point.
Kai and the team were amazing. The time split between both rooms was perfect made the 1hr and a half of playtime seem like 3 hrs. Honestly the adults had just as much fun as the kids. My 4 year old had more fun here than he had at Disney where we were just 2 week ago.
Had a great experience! Came today for open bounce with my 2 year old and 10 month old. They both had a blast! We had the whole place to ourselves. It was only $15 per child and my 10 month was free. We will definitely come back! Come during the weekday
Just finished our birthday party for my 5 year old. Everything was so well put together and ran so smoothly. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a hassle free, exciting and fun party for their little one! Caleb was our party pro helper. Such a respectful, kind, young man. I appreciated him so much.
