I’ve been to Bounce It Up a couple of times and I’ve always had great experiences. I recently threw a party for my son and Moody, the host, was the absolute best. From when I arrived to set up until it was time to go, Moody was there. Whatever I needed for the party, Moody was there to make it happen.
Had a 3rd birthday party here for my son in the Gold room! Our party host was nice and sweet. She checked on me to ask if I needed anything for the duration of my party. When I arrived another young gentleman from the front desk offered to help bring stuff in from the car. The times I used the restroom it was clean.
Bounce it up is great! We have been a few times, but haven’t been back in a while due to COVID. We came in on Saturday and they clean all the inflatables each night, the arcade selection has grown, and I got a small peak at the new play structure they are building which looks great.
