I take small groups of adults with special needs out into the community. Last week they chose to go try Bounce Empire out for the first time. Oh my goodness...I was not expecting the staff to be so accommodating, kind, helpful, and inclusive. Gentry went above and beyond to make sure my group had the BEST experience!
OH. MY. GOODNESS. This experience was truly above and beyond anything we could have imagined. The service here is unlike anywhere else I’ve been—and I’ve been to some pretty fancy places. Honestly, those places could learn a thing or two from the incredible staff at Bounce Empire.
Went to Bounce Empire on a first date - great choice, I was impressed with the venue. There is an after hours shows at times, with live music by mostly EDM artists. I got to see my dates friends perform. The staff, especially at the front desk when you check in - so so so sweet!
Had a great time with the kiddos at Bounce Empire. We booked a party se wo got the VIP treatment. They were very attentive and helpful meanwhile the kids were having a blast. There were so many different activities and attractions that they enjoyed. We also got to partake in the food selection.
