Billy Beez Crossgates Mall

Beat billy beez ever. James the manager runs a very clean, very safe facility. We have been to a bunch of billy beez from palisades to middletown, and crossgates is the best. Sky was keeping all of the kids safe.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. I was happy that the entire place was well maintained and clean. It was much bigger than I thought it would be. So many slides and climbing areas to let kids get energy out especially during the cold winter months.

We had a blast today at Billy beez, this is the first time for us at this location at it was by far the best! Jareem and his staff were super welcoming. The space had so much more than others we’ve been too. I was even surprised how tall some of the slides were. The bathrooms were very clean which is always a plus.

I brought my grand kids in while visiting from out of town and had a great time. The place was very clean and the customer service was excellent. I had an opportunity to meet a very polite young man named Shamar who helped me with the kids and answered my questions with no hesitation.
