From the moment we walked through the door to the time we left, the customer service here was absolutely outstanding — easily some of the best we’ve ever experienced! Jessica–JayP was incredible. She handled our entire visit with the utmost care, making us feel genuinely welcomed.
The place is always fun for the kids but our party hostess Ka’liyah was so sweet and attentive. She was helpful from the time the party in the room started to the end and hopefully if we come back for another party, we have her as our host 😊
We've been to every play place and trampoline park in town and this one is honestly the best, my kid agrees. It is also the most expensive by about 25% over the nearest similar jump park. We paid $37 and some change for one kid to jump for two hours plus the required pair of socks ($5 alone). No food, no extras.
We had the best time at Big Air! The facility is absolutely beautiful and so clean, with plenty to keep the kids entertained. Everything felt safe and well organized. The owner was so kind and accommodating, and you can really tell they care about the experience.
