Went to a birthday party there. I like how the attractions are sectioned off. Nice rooms. Their chicken was delicious. I tried to order a pretzel for myself but they told me they were busy & couldn't make any hot food right now. They let me order Nachos & Cheese. It was a 7-9pm party so the place was lit up like Cosmo!
Ricky served as the party host for my nephew Julius’s birthday celebration at Big Air today, and his service was outstanding. He demonstrated excellent professionalism, organization, and attentiveness throughout the entire event.
They require their socks but they don't strictly enforce the time spent in the facility so it feels like you get your money's worth. There was some popular equipment that wasn't supervised that of course ends up with kids that don't know how to share.
I had a blast at Big Air Trampoline Park! There were so many obstacles to go through, and it's perfect for kids and adults alike. The variety of activities here sets it apart from other parks. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone had a great time.
