We had such a great time at Big Air Auburn! The place is super clean, fun, and perfect for kids to burn off energy. Samuel and Karina were especially awesome, very attentive and great with my children. They made the experience even better with their kindness and professionalism.
I had a fantastic experience at the Big Air trampoline park, thanks in large part to the outstanding service from Sergio! From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. He greeted us with a genuine smile, explained everything clearly, and made check-in quick and easy.
We visited this place with two kids — 4 and 10 years old — and both of them had plenty to do. The space is great: lots of activities, trampolines, climbing walls, areas for younger kids, and interactive games. Everything is bright, clean, and well-maintained.
