Huge shoutout to Jayla & the Team over at Big Air Del Rio! 🙌🏽 Every single shift she welcomes everyone with a smile, bringing the energy, and making sure every kid (and parent 😅) has an awesome time. You can tell Jayla truly loves her job. Her vibe, her patience with the kiddos, her positivity — it all shows.
What an enjoyable experience at Big Air! The floor manager, Oliver was so helpful to these two grandparents and guided us around the area for seating. We ended up at the massage chairs (imagine that!) and had a Birds Eye view of the children having fun. It’s really great play space for the kids.
