This is the rock gym you're looking for. It has been my home climbing gym for the past 5+ years and if you're going to pull on plastic, this is the place. Their staff actually genuinely care about both new and experienced climbers.

I have been going to beta for 5 years now and have only good things to say about it. Beta is a beautiful part of the flagstaff community. The owner’s love for the sport and the community is obvious in every aspect of the gym. From incredible staff to the top tier route setting, beta has it all.
Visited this gym when we were on vacation in flagstaff. It's a very large space, lots of different walls. The front desk was accessible, and check in/day pass was easy. Rented shoes for a few bucks. My son is the climber, so I just sat and observed.
