Workers were not present when we came. Did not know how to pay or access. Had to walk to back to find employee, then we got help. Employee pointed to where to put shoes - bad customer service. Should have walked over and shown me. Is daughters birthday and she wanted to jump and LOVED it.

It's a small area but very functional. Plenty of seating for parents and the play stuff is in good shape. Yes it's an openish area but if you keep an eye on your child and not your phone you will be fine.
