I’ve been hesitant to take my kids here because of some of the reviews about cleanliness but I finally came in today with the kiddos. I would just like to say that this place is our new FAVORITE place! Super clean and spacious. A lot of options for my toddler to play with.
Always clean and kids have so much fun there! Great for birthday parties. They have a nursing room, too. Toddler and baby areas with lots of space to play. One of our favourite places to go. Service is always good and food is also delicious.
We were honestly so surprised by this place. Ball Factory Mount Prospect is incredibly clean and so well maintained. The staff are genuinely friendly and always smiling. I constantly saw team members wiping down tables and cleaning the bathrooms. It really shows how much they care.
Very cute playplace really good for ages 1-12. Lots of slides and climbing and so many balls. There's a great tractor / little car yard with "gas pumps" to fill up and carts to pull around. There's a great tiny totes area for less than 36 inches which is like 1-2 year old.
