We had a great time here back in February (late review) with my 2 and 5-year-old. I got tickets online with a discount but it wasn't the correct discount, and the staff fixed it for me to get the bigger discount, which I thought was nice.
We LOVE our membership to Altitude! It’s worth it 100%. They have plenty of fun attractions and activities like the trapeze, ball-pit digital wall, diving board, etc. Their membership perks are also worth the monthly payment. Their employees are young and funny.
Yesterday, I had an amazing experience at Altitude Trampoline Park in Round Rock. While my child was playing, I realized I had forgotten my phone charger and my battery was about to die. As a traveler, I had come there by Uber and needed my phone to call a ride back to the hotel, so I didn’t know how I would return.
This place was so much fun. We did a birthday party today here for my daughter Layla. And they absolutely loved it and asked if we can come back tomorrow. And the staff was great but there are 2 that really made a difference in our experience.
