My kids had a great time at Altitude. We’ve been to quite a few trampoline parks in Jax and this one seems much less overwhelming than other parks in the area. Such an amazing experience every time we come here! The trampoline park is always clean, fun, and full of energy—but what really sets it apart is the staff. They literally knew us by name when we walked in, which made us feel so welcomed and valued.
We had our daughter's birthday party today (MVP) and let me stop and say our host Connor was absolutely amazing!!!! Thank you Connor from helping unload, to setting up, decorating and constantly checking on us! You went above and beyond and you were amazing!!
Our church youth group went here this past weekend and everyone had a blast. Management and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and well supervised. The area is very large with plenty of room for the parents and/or guardians to sit and socialize or just enjoy the kids playing.
