We had my niece's birthday party at alamo jump yesterday. They had quite a few party's going on at the same time. The owner still made time to introduce herself to us. They put our ice creams in their freezer. So they wouldn't get all melty before we were ready to serve cake and ice cream.
We booked the Deluxe Package for our son’s 5th birthday that included 2 hours of jump time. All the kids enjoyed every minute. The new arrangement/set up opened up the place making it more spacious. Loved the corner they set-up for much younger kids too. We’re thankful for the amazing team that took care of everything.
Took the family to Alamo Jump this weekend and had a really great experience. The place was clean, organized, and had a fun atmosphere for kids and adults alike. What really stood out to me was the customer service.
