A great place to practice a wide variety of fitness activities! Anything from gym equipment to basketball, baseball, tennis, basketball, track and many others. I have a track membership and use the 1/6-mile indoor track to keep in shape with brisk walking - 30 laps.
Gyms and fields available for rent, all indoor. The soccer fields are turf, since they're inside, but they're maintained really well. I go for volleyball - Courts are reasonable to rent and the facility is kept very clean. Elevated indoor track is an awesome addition as well.
Very nice sports facility that provides a indoor area to play a wide range of sports and activities. All age ranges and genders were enjoying playing their sport or activity, with lots of seating for spectators. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.
