Our family had the most incredible experience at 7 Acre Wood Farms! We brought our two youngest children, ages six and four, and from the moment we arrived, it was pure joy and adventure.
Good, not great. The animals seem a little cramped in their spaces. We went on a weekday and there was a school visiting also. It was a little crowded and the kids were very aggressive - which is understandable because they are excited but they nearly trampled my 2 year old a few times.
This is a family-friendly place where children of all ages (probably not teens) can run, romp, jump, ride, roll, and just have fun. It's fairly farm-like, with plenty of animals to pet and feed. Good physical activity areas, too. My grands are 4-11. Everyone found something to enjoy -- even me!
There is so much for the kids to do. A lot of the activities or play areas are shaded. A nice breeze blows through the open areas. The animals are all so nice and my daughter had so much fun playing with and feeding them. You can bring a packed lunch or buy something there.
